Abstract

Social development of individuals experiencing a process that can not be separated from the family environment and social environment. These social developments will demonstrate the ability of the individual in adapting and developing their social behavior to be able to really socialize very well. The family is the first institution for children to socialize him, but in reality the family is not enough in educating the child in the running phase of the maximum social development. In supporting the efforts of parents, school is an institution that is very important because in the school environment, children can support and motivate children to develop social maturity to his new environment such as teachers and other peers. Often times in the run phase of development, children are often obstacles to the development of promising social maturity. In this study, subjects of the study was a pupil in kindergarten Mekarsari Malang. This study presents descriptive qualitative bermetode field conditions and then analyze the data field where the data obtained in the field given group exercise. The results of this research note that there are some children experiencing barriers to social maturity.
