Abstract

In the shopping area Tulungagung most parking arrangements are at the curb (on-street parking) and a small portion outside the road (off street parking). Concomitant increase in population and economic growth Tulungagung required to be able to provide the facilities, including transportation, one of which is in need of parking facilities parking lot, walking distance is short, the cost of parking is cheap and easy to carry the goods would be more desirable, so that not disturb the traffic flow around it. Seeing the above condition we need to hold an evaluation to determine the performance of parking services and street performance in the JL region. Captain Kasihin front (Market Wage Tulungagung) Evaluation Index parking services Parking and Turn Over referred to the method recommended by the Directorate General of Land Transportation, (1998). While the methods used in performance evaluations based on Indonesian road Higway Capacity Manual (IHCM) 1997. For parking services in 2006 (existing conditions) obtained 20% good index of parking for cars and for motorcycles, for each of Turn Over 0.15 parking (vehicles / plot / h), both cars and motorcycles. Results of performance evaluation of roads in 2006 (existing conditions) in JL. Captain Kasihin obtained (DS) at 0:53, to obtain the travel time 0.0864 sec, while the analysis for 2011 is obtained (DS) 0.68, to obtain the travel time of 0123 sec. The results of analysis for 2011 found 20% good index of parking for cars and motorcycles, while to figure Turn Over at 12:19 (vehicles / plot / hour) for cars and for motorcycles at 12:20 (vehicles / plot / hour).
