Abstract

In a company there are six kinds of resources are often called factors of production, which is used to realize the operation. These factors are human, money, materials, method, machinery, and the market. Among the six factors of production, the human factor is considered the most unique and most decisive factor in the success of a company. Companies that try to manage human resources will always pay attention and develop new ways to meet the needs and expectations of its employees. With needs met, then the employee will be motivated to work effectively and efficiently so that the company will increase productivity, in this case to consider is employee satisfaction.
