The development of agriculture products manufacture technology are still doing. One of the example is the manufacture of peanut and coffee. Those commodities are produced with roasting process. Generally, that process is doing traditionally or using human’s power that needs much power and time. The roast tool of peanut’s that designed in this final assessment is made for roasting process automatically with the DC motor activator and microcontroller AT89S51 which arrange and produce the data from temperature sensor. Frying in a roast tool room is moved by using Dc motor that controllable. The temperature of the fry in a roast tool room would controlled by servo motor on gas stove, so the scale of the fire can be arrange. During the process, there is a timer as a roasting process time note. It’s also completed with buzzer that have function as a time note if the roasting process is done.
