The presence of BK teacher in a school institution is essential. BK teachers who act as mentors and counselors are supposed to be a friend to students to help solve the problem he had. But a person's attitude toward something influenced by the knowledge, views, and feelings of the person. So the school community environment would be found in the diversity of attitudes toward teachers BK. This study aims to determine students' attitudes toward the existence of BK school's teachers. This research use descriptive research method. Subjects of the study are high school students N 7 Plus Banjarmasin, which is determined by using cluster random sampling technique. Obtaining research data obtained from Likert attitude scale model of the total 87 items. Data analysis was done descriptively, that is by showing frequency and percentage tables. Results showed that students' attitudes toward the presence of BK in the high school teachers N 7 Plus Banjarmasin tend to be positive that is a percentage 52.38% of the total sample of 105 people. This can be seen from the students tend to positive cognitive component, namely number of 50.48%. According to this component, students may accept the existence of BK teacher, understand the roles and functions, and can receive lessons given teachers BK, but the students tend to respond negatively about the character and personality of the teacher BK. While the affective component also showed a positive trend that is 50.48% said so. they tend to like teachers BK and learning. But in the conative component, students tend to show a negative indication, which is only 49.52% said positive. The students tend to be reluctant to come to BK if teachers have responded to problems and less serious lesson in class, but the behavior of students in schools for teachers BK still tend to respect the teacher BKnya.
