Television is a system storytelling centralization. station of Television in Indonesia in carrying out broadcast has specified event pattern either vertically that is from hour clock to hour clock and also horizontally that is day after day. In every group of the age is displayed by various events, including in it event of animated cartoon for faction of children beholder age. Animated Cartoon Naruto is displaying event of animated cartoon displayed by Global TV, every day different hour(clock displays. Animated Cartoon Naruto can be classified as hardness animated cartoon, where in every the film episode contains hardness scene elements of like action beats, kicks, and picks at. This research internal issue formula is :is there any frequency influence look on hardness animated cartoon of Naruto to behavior of dummy among children?. How big frequency influence looks on hardness animated cartoon of Naruto to behavior of dummy among children?. Theory applied in this research is the hypodermic needle theory, Vicarious Reinforcement and the media effect theory. Applies quantitative approach by using etic in perpective. population of Research is class student V SDN LOWOKWARU I MALANG. From characteristic which has been determined got by sample 93 responders. Data collecting technique with questionaire. Analytical technique with simple linear regression formula. Result of research shows Y = 0,387+0,831X. This thing indicates that frequency influence to look on hardness animated cartoon of Naruto in Global TV influential positive to acting dummy at children. Equally, if program event of Naruto increasingly enthused by children and frequency menontonpun becomes increasingly often, will be followed with improvement of action of dummy done by children as audience event of Naruto. Big level of frequency influence looks on hardness animated cartoon of Naruto to behavior of dummy at visible children from coefficient of determination value showing value 0,754. Mean level of this shows dependent variables is influenced by 75,4 % by independent variable and correlation coefficient 0,831 with the meaning frequency looks on hardness animated cartoon of Naruto experiences improvement of 1 identity, hence behavior of dummy at children increases equal to 0,831. Thereby influence generated is including at very category height.
