TINJAUAN KONSTRUKTIVIS POLITIK HUKUM INTERNASIONAL DALAM KLAIM SEMBILAN GARIS PUTUS-PUTUS TIONGKOK ATAS LAUT CHINA SELATAN

This research explains the constructivist politics of international law in China's nine-dash line claim over the South China Sea. The ongoing South China Sea conflict involves several countries involved. The claim of ownership over the South China Sea is contrary to International Law, namely UNCLOS 1982. This research uses a qualitative explanative research method, where this research clearly explains the constructivist view of international legal politics in China's Nine-Dashed Line claim through relevant sources. The data collection technique in this research is Library Research which is carried out through books, journals, documents, newspapers, internet sites or reports related to the problem being studied. This research was conducted using the Reus-Smit concept of political constructivism in international law. Later, this research will produce a constructivist review of international legal politics in China's nine-dashed line claim over the South China Sea which will be explained in the results and discussion section.
