The waste that enters the Tegalasri final processing site comes form the service area which consist of 6 sub-district, namely Kanigoro District, Talun District, Wlingi District, Gandusari District, and Garum District, and Selopuro District. The generation of waste produced by tegalasri's final processing site service area, which was determined through a survey for 8 consecutive days, was 0,393 kg/person/day. the planning for the Tegalasri's final processing site with the sanitary landfill type includes 3 new phases with a total area of 46,050 m2 with each phase measuring 130 m x 30 m x 15 m. The daily waste cell size is 18 m x 5 m x 2,5 m. Methane gas pipe are laid at a distance of 26 meters at a depth of 80% from the total height of the embankment, nemly 12 meters. The leachate pipe is divided into 11 sections where the smallest diameter is 2 inchies an the largest diameter is 6 inchies. the planned of waste water treatment plant consist of a temporary leachate storage pond with dimensions of 6 m x 5 m x 4 m then a anaerobic pond with dimensions of 22,5 m x 20 m x 5 m, a facultative pond with dimensions of 15 m x 10 m x 2,5 m and maturation pond with dimensions of 20 m x 19 m x 1,5 m.
