Human resources are a wheel for moving an organization to carry out its vision and mission
and achieve organizational goals. To achieve this goal, organizations really need human
resources who have good performance. In this study, researchers aim to find out whether there
is an influence between job insecurity and work engagement. The minimum number of subjects
used was 272 with an error rate of 10% and had worked for at least 1 year. Sampling used
purposive sampling techniques via Google Form with social media. Data collection used the
Utreth Work Engagement Scale (UWES-17) with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.730 which was
adapted by Mufarrikhah, and the job insecurity scale developed by Pienaar. The data analysis
used is multiple linear regression correlational test analysis using IBM Statistical Package for
Social Science (SPSS) 25 software. The research results show that there is a positive and
significant relationship between job insecurity and work engagement in the millennial
generation, in accordance with the findings that have been made. found in previous literature.
The implication of this research is that companies can provide more support to their employees
both mentally and materially because in the work process this will affect their work
