Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Perceived Organizational Support on
Organizational Citizenship Behavior with workload as a moderating variable
among employees of CV Johor Jaya. This research employs a quantitative
approach with an explanatory design. The population consists of 51 employees,
all of whom were selected as respondents using a saturated sampling technique.
Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed
using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results indicate
that Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on
Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Workload also has a significant effect on
OCB. Furthermore, workload is proven to moderate the relationship between
POS and OCB..
