This study aims to analyze the use of the Education Report as a tool for mapping school quality through the Deming Cycle approach in Vocational High Schools in Mojokerto Regency. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects include principals, vice principals for curriculum, student affairs, facilities and infrastructure, public relations and industry, and administrative coordinators from three vocational schools in Mojokerto Regency. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing supported by source triangulation. The results indicate that the Education Report is used as the main basis for school program planning, implementation of quality improvement activities, performance evaluation, and formulation of continuous improvement follow-up actions. The implementation of the Plan, Do, Check, and Act stages encourages data-driven decision making and strengthens school quality management. Supporting factors include leadership commitment, active involvement of the management team, and availability of integrated quality data. Inhibiting factors include limited practical facilities, variations in human resource competence, and suboptimal data utilization across work units. This study concludes that integrating the Education Report with the Deming Cycle approach supports quality mapping and improvement in vocational schools in Mojokerto Regency.
