Abstract

Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) are a group of medications widely used in clinical practice to manage pain, inflammation, and fever. However, irrasional use of NSAIDs can increase the risk of adverse effects and reduce therapeutic effectiveness. In primary healthcare facilities, limitations in clinical information within medical records are still found, such as less specific diagnoses and patient complaints, which may effect the accuracy of prescribing. Therefore, an evaluation of the rationality of NSAID use based on indicators of rational drug use is necessary.
