Abstract
The experience of toxic romantic relationships in women can have significant psychological impacts, but it also has the potential to encourage the emergence of post-traumatic growth as a form of positive post-traumatic growth. This study aims to determine the influence of father involvement and resilience on post-traumatic growth in women who have experienced toxic romantic relationships. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods. The research subjects amounted to 244 women aged 18-21 years who were selected through a screening process using purposive sampling techniques. The research instruments include the scale of father involvement, resilience, and post-traumatic growth. The results of the analysis showed a correlation coefficient value (R) of 0.648 which indicates a strong relationship between independent and dependent variables, and a determination coefficient value (R²) of 0.420, which means that father involvement and resilience simultaneously contribute 42% to post-traumatic growth.
