Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, facilities, and destination image on visitor satisfaction of Pari Bendo Lawang. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research approach. The sample for this study is all Pari Bendo Lawang tourist visitors with a population of 145 respondents who can represent the whole. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire using g-form. The analysis tool used is the Structural Equation Model-Partial least Square (SEM-PLS) by conducting convergent validity, discriminant validity, reliability tests, r-square, q-square, and hypothesis. The results of the study show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, facilities have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, destination image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on destination image, facilities have a positive and significant effect on destination image, destination image mediates service quality on customer satisfaction, destination image mediates facilities on customer satisfaction.
