PENGARUH PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU DAN PROSES PRODUKSI TERHADAP KUALITAS PRODUK PADA PABRIK PENGOLAHAN MINYAK KAYU PUTIH PERUM PERHUTANI DI JAWA TIMUR

This study aims to analyze the influence of raw material inventory and production processes on product quality at the eucalyptus oil processing factory of Perum Pehutani in East Java. Fierce competition due to product similarities is a major challenge for Perum Pehutani's eucalyptus oil processing factories in East Java to improve product quality. This explanatory study employed quantitative methods. Census sampling was used, selecting 50 employees from five factories in East Java as respondents. Data collection in this study utilized questionnaires distributed directly to the five factories in East Java: Madiun, Mojokerto, Pasuruan, Ponorogo, and Surabaya. The data analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26 as the analytical tool. The results showed that raw material inventory had a significant positive effect on product quality, and the production process had a significant effect on product quality. Raw material inventory and the production process had a simultaneous effect on product quality.
