Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the influence of work-life balance and organizational culture on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediator, at PQ Silicas Indonesia. The background to this research was driven by the need to assessThe role of human resource management in managing human resources, creating policies, supporting employees, and maintaining their productivity and well-being. This research is quantitative with explanatory research type. The sample of this research amounted to 105 people which is the total population of PQ. Silicas Indonesia and the sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to PQ. Silicas Indonesia employees, then analyzed using the scale range method and Smart PLS 4 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that work life balance and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on employee performance, work life balance and organizational culture have a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, and work life balance and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediator.
