Abstract
study aims to analysis the effect of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Employee Engagement (EE) and Organizational Commitment (OC) as mediating variables. This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population consists of all employees of CV Dua Putri, totalling 50 individuals. A saturated sampling technique was applied, in which the entire population was used as the research sample. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Commitment. Furthermore, Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, while Organizational Commitment does not have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The mediation test results show that Employee Engagement significantly mediates the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (partial mediation), whereas Organizational Commitment does not mediate the relationship. These findings imply that organizational support and employee engagement play important roles in enhancing employees’ extra-role behavior within the organization.
