Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of employee engagement and job satisfaction on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable at Global Kreasi Media. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaires. The population as well as the sample consisted of 91 employees using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The evaluation included the outer model test, namely outer loading, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Heterotrait-Monotrait Ratio (HTMT), Cronbach’s alpha, and composite reliability, as well as the inner model test, namely R-square, path coefficient, and mediation test using specific indirect effect. The results show that employee engagement and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee engagement and job satisfaction also have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Furthermore, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Mediation testing indicates that work motivation significantly mediates the effect of employee engagement and job satisfaction on employee performance.
