RESILIENSI KELOMPOK TANI HAMPARAN RINDU SAWIT DALAM MENGHADAPI KETIDAKSTABILAN HARGA JUAL HASIL PANEN SAWIT DI DESA SUNGAI SAPAK KABUPATEN SAMBAS

This study aims to describe the resilience carried out by the Rindu Sawit Farmers Group in facing unstable selling prices for oil palm harvests in Sungai Sapak Village, Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan. The method used in this studi is a qualitative approach with a case study type. In the data collection process, researchers used observation techniques, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were eight informants consiting of administrators and members of the Rindu Sawit Farmers Group, the Sungai Sapak village government, and the Sawit Raya Cooperative. The results of this study, namely, first, the resilience carried out by the Rindu Sawit Farmers Group is to increas income through member side businesses, the use of soft loans from the Rindu Sawit Farmers Group, and the use of agricultural inputs and wastewater provided by the Sawit Raya Cooperative. Second, the goal of resilience is to maintain the well-being of families and the Rindu Sawit farmer group. Third, integration is realized through instilling the value of togetherness in resilience to maintain well-being and maintain group solidarity. Finally, pattern maintenance is deliberation activities to maintain solidarity. In this regard, the Rindu Sawit farmer group is able to maintain the sustainability of the social system.
