Abstract

Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) personnel who experience disabilities as a result of work-related accidents during service face physical and psychological changes that can affect their quality of life. Social support becomes an important factor in helping individuals adapt to these conditions. This study aims to examine the role of social support on quality of life with resilience as a moderating variable among rehabilitated TNI personnel under the Ministry of Defense. The study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The research subjects consisted of 100 male TNI personnel aged 20–60 years who experienced post-workrelated accident disabilities. The instruments used included social support, quality of life, and resilience scales, which were analyzed using JASP. The results of the study show that the majority of respondents had a high level of social support (82%) and high quality of life (66%), while resilience was in the moderate category (62%). Hypothesis analysis shows that social support plays a significant role in quality of life while resilience does not have a significant effect.
