Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of green compensation on employee loyalty, with Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) as a mediating variable at PT Bagong Dekaka Makmur. This research is motivated by the importance of employee loyalty in maintaining the company's operational stability and the role of green compensation and environmentally-based human resource management practices in increasing employee commitment. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 163 respondents and analyzed using regression analysis, path analysis, and the Sobel test to test the mediating role. The results indicate that green compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Furthermore, green compensation also has a significant effect on GHRM, and GHRM has a significant effect on employee loyalty. The results of the mediation test indicate that GHRM is able to mediate the effect of green compensation on employee loyalty. These findings confirm that a good green compensation system and consistent implementation of GHRM practices can increase employee loyalty sustainably.
