Abstract

The development of information technology has made it easier for people to access services and information digitally, including through the papuabarat.kemenag.go.id. However, there has been no specific analysis measuring user satisfaction with this website. This study aims to determine the level of user satisfaction and analyze the influence of End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) variables, namely Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness, on user satisfaction. The population of this study consists of website users, with a sample of 287 respondents collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The results show that the level of user satisfaction falls into the “Satisfied” category, with a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value of 72.48%. The hypothesis testing results indicate that all EUCS variables have a significant effect on user satisfaction. This study is expected to provide an overview of user satisfaction and serve as a reference for website managers in improving service quality to better meet user needs.
