Abstract

The Palestinian-Israeli conflict has resulted in a severe humanitarian crisis, especially for children, who are the most vulnerable group. Children in Palestine face various violations of their fundamental human rights. This study aims to analyse the efforts of Save the Children, an INGO that provides humanitarian assistance to Palestinian children in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The research methodology is based on a descriptive-qualitative approach, using a literature review of books, academic journals, official reports from international organisations, policy documents, and relevant Save the Children publications. The results of this study show that Save the Children has made a real contribution to addressing the humanitarian crisis by applying the four principles of humanity, neutrality, impartiality, and independence, despite facing various challenges such as limited access, regional blockades, and poor security conditions. This study concludes that Save the Children, as a non-governmental organisation, makes a significant contribution to protecting children's rights and strengthening humanitarian aid amid the complex conflict between Palestine and Israel.
