Abstract
This research examines the utilization of Instagram by PT INKA (Persero) Public Relations as a digital communication medium in building public awareness. The purpose of this examines is to describe how PT INKA (Persero) Public Relations utilizes Instagram features in conveying company information to build public awareness. The research method used descriptive qualitative approaches with interview, observation, and documentation from February to June 2025 at the Public Relations and Protocol Department of PT INKA (Persero). The results of the examine show that Instagram is utilized for the publication of various company activities through the management of features that contribute to building public awareness, as indicated by an engagement rate of 4.15% in July 2025 and stable follower growth.
