KERJASAMA INTERNASIONAL DALAM PENGEMBANGAN ENERGI BERSIH ARAB SAUDI DALAM MEWUJUDKAN SAUDI VISION 2030

Global energy demand continues to increase year by year. The growth of the world’s population drives large-scale energy consumption. Industrial activities are also expanding rapidly across various countries. As energy demand remains heavily dependent on fossil fuels, greenhouse gas emissions continue to rise. To address this issue, Saudi Arabia is transitioning toward clean energy through economic diversification under Saudi Vision 2030.This study employs the concept of international cooperation to examine how such cooperation contributes to the development of clean energy in Saudi Arabia in achieving Saudi Vision 2030. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques aimed at explaining the role of international cooperation in clean energy development to realize Saudi Vision 2030.The findings indicate that the Saudi Arabian government is making efforts to reduce its dependence on oil by increasing the utilization of clean energy. Saudi Arabia is developing its clean energy sector through international cooperation in solar energy technology and wind turbine development. Technology transfer through international collaboration is expected to accelerate Saudi Arabia’s progress in achieving the goals outlined in Saudi Vision 2030.
