Abstract
The soft skills aspects that the researcher raised in this study were communication, discipline, and responsibility. The method used in this study was qualitative research with a phenomenological research type. The subjects of this study were PBA UMM students from the 2020 and 2021 cohorts. The researcher used data collection methods such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used by the researchers were data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion. The results of this study are as follows: the implementation of the Arabic Translation CoE program began with training provided by the study program to students. Subsequently, UMM Arabic Translation students were delegated by the study program to industries that had collaborated with the study program to carry out internships in Arabic Translation CoE and Arabic Translation CoE. The data obtained shows that the program has had an impact on students. Data from the acknowledgments and statements of informants shows that the Arabic Translation CoE has influenced students' communication skills, discipline, and responsibility after completing the Arabic Translation CoE internship.
