Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of Flexible Work Arrangement, Work Leisure Conflict, and Work Stress on Turnover Intention among employees of Shopee Indonesia. This research employs a quantitative explanatory approach. The sample consisted of 100 employees selected using a proportional random sampling technique, and data were collected through a structured questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, t-tests.The results indicate that Work Leisure Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, and Work Stress also has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Meanwhile, Flexible Work Arrangement does not have a significant effect on Turnover Intention.
