ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) RUMAH PINTAR SERTA AKUNTABILITAS SOSIAL PT XYZ DI JAWA TIMUR

The implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility programs in education needs to be evaluated not only in terms of implementation but also in terms of their effectiveness, impact, and social accountability. PT XYZ implemented the Rumah Pintar Program as an effort to support the achievement of Quality Education (SDG’s 4) for the community surrounding the company. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Rumah Pintar Program in improving English and Information and Communication Technology learning outcomes, as well as assess PT XYZ's social accountability in its implementation. The study used a mixed methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, using pretest/posttest, paired t-test, Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, and N-Gain tests, as well as interviews and observations. The results showed an increase in participant learning outcomes, with the effectiveness level being categorized as moderately effective. However, aspects of social accountability were not fully optimized, particularly regarding program transparency and responsiveness. This study concludes that the effectiveness of the education program positively contributes to corporate social accountability, although governance strengthening is still needed.
