ANALISIS SOCIAL RETURN ON INVESTMENT (SROI) PROGRAM MAS DARSA PT PETROKIMIA GRESIK DALAM MENDUKUNG PEMBANGUNAN BERKELANJUTAN (SDG’S)

This study aims to analyze the impact of PT Petrokimia Gresik's Mas Darsa Program in supporting sustainable development through the Social Return on Investment (SROI) approach. This program is part of the Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) which focuses on community-based waste management in Tlogopojok Village, Gresik Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the analysis show that the Mas Darsa Program has positive social, economic, and environmental impacts, such as increasing community income, saving household expenses, and reducing waste volume and carbon emissions. The SROI ratio value of 1.28:1 (Present Value) and 1.40:1 (Future Value) indicates that this program provides greater benefits than costs incurred. This program also contributes to the achievement of SDGs, especially goals 1, 5, 8, 13, and 15.
