Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze motivation, job satisfaction, the work environment, and employee loyalty. The influence of motivation on employee loyalty, the influence of job satisfaction on employee loyalty, the influence of the work environment on employee loyalty, and the variables that most influence employee loyalty. This study was explanatory research, with a population of 212 production employees and a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis methods used a range of scales and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results and discussion, it can be concluded that motivation falls into the sufficient category, job satisfaction is sufficient, the work environment is sufficient, and employee loyalty is high. Motivation has a significant influence on employee loyalty, job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee loyalty, the work environment has a significant influence on employee loyalty, and job satisfaction has a dominant influence on employee loyalty.
