Abstract
Abstrak
The construction of the BSD Grand Mosque Baitul Muhktar in Tangerang Regency is a project with a high potential risk of occupational accidents. Field observations indicate several potential hazards that must be addressed. This study aims to analyze the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (SMK3L) in reducing the rate of workplace accidents. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The study population consists of 202 workers, including foremen, craftsmen, laborers, technical staff, OHS staff, and supervising consultants. The Slovin formula was used to determine the sample size, resulting in 67 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents and were processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 27. The results show that the policy variable (X1) has a significant positive effect of 0.083, as indicated by the comparison between the t-count (1.764) and the t-table (1.669804). The training variable (X2) has a significant positive effect of 0.008, with a t-count of 2.733 compared to the t-table value of 1.669804. The environmental variable (X3) also shows a significant positive effect of 0.014, with a t-count of 2.529 compared to the t-table value of 1.669804. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of SMK3L in the BSD Grand Mosque Baitul Mukhtar Construction Project has reached 70.2%, indicating that the system has been well implemented, while the remaining 29.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Each variable has a positive and significant effect on workplace accidents, with the training variable (X2) being the most dominant factor, scoring 0.433. This indicates that effective OHS training can significantly contribute to reducing workplace accident rates.
