Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on the performance of Generation Z employees at BKPSDM Kota Malang. The study employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population of this study consists of all Generation Z employees at BKPSDM Kota Malang, totaling 40 individuals. A saturated sampling technique was applied, in which the entire population was used as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS Statistics version 30. The results indicate that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work-life balance, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment are three interrelated factors that play an important role in improving employee performance within an institution or organization.
