Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline and employee compensation on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative research with an associative type. The population in this study is all employees of PT. Anugerah Analisis Sempurna. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling or saturated sampling, so the research sample consists of 40 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and questionnaires. The data analysis methods used were scale range analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, as well as hypothesis testing assisted by SPSS software. The results of the scale range showed that the employee performance variable was in the high category, work discipline was in the high category, and employee compensation was in the very high category. Multiple linear regression testing showed that, partially, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and employee compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, it showed that work discipline and employee compensation together had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
