Abstract

Technical Planning for the Inpatient Building of Bhayangkara Jombang Hospital, located on Jalan KH. Romli Tamim, Jelakombo, Jombang District, Jombang Regency, East Java Province. This Technical Planning aims to improve the quality of healthcare services and develop comfortable, effective, and efficient healthcare facilities.
The results of the Technical Planning Analysis for the Inpatient Building of Bhayangkara Jombang Hospital use a reinforced concrete structure and pile foundation. The structural components of this building are designed, including a slab with a thickness of 12 cm, column dimensions of 60 x 60 cm, main beams 1 and 2 with dimensions of 40 x 80 cm and 40 x 70 cm, and subbeams 1 and 2 with dimensions of 30 x 60 cm and 15 x 30 cm, all of which refer to SNI 2847:2019, SNI 1727:2020, SNI 1726:2019, and PMK RI No. 40 of 2022. This technical planning includes the design of the superstructure, substructure, plumbing, and construction management. Structural analysis for this building planning was conducted using STAAD.Pro software, and the input loads included dead load, additional dead load, live load, and earthquake load
