Abstract

This study aims to find out how licensing services are carried out through OSS at the Department Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services of Sikka Regency. The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research using supporting data from the results of a community satisfaction survey conducted by the DDepartment Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services of Sikka Regency. This research looks at service according to Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (1988:23), namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy which receive a good assessment in service. Apart from that, this research also discusses obstacles in the service process. With the current changes, business licensing services must use OSS, many people are still adapting to the new system, and the absence of technical officers in the service is also an obstacle that can result in delays in the service process.
