PENGARUH KERJASAMA TIM DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Pada Karyawan PT. Budi Jaya Teknik Kabupaten Jombang)

This study aims to analyze the influence of teamwork and communication on employee performance at PT Budi Jaya Teknik in Jombang Regency. The research is motivated by the importance of coordination, team synergy, and effective internal communication in supporting the achievement of company targets. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research population consists of all 45 employees of PT Budi Jaya Teknik, who were all included as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis, complemented by t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that teamwork and communication have a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance. Furthermore, simultaneously, teamwork and communication also have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Budi Jaya Teknik. These findings indicate that improving teamwork and effective communication can optimally enhance employee performance.
