Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and knowledge sharing on employee performance, mediated by employee well-being. This study was conducted at the Batu City Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) Secretariat. The sample consisted of 876 employees selected using purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed using SEM PLS. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. Knowledge sharing had a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, employee well-being had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership and knowledge sharing also indirectly influenced employee performance through employee well-being.
