Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Tawangargo Smart-Eco Farming Village (TAMENG) Program in supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at PT Petrokimia Gresik. The TAMENG Program represents an implementation of Creating Shared Value (CSV) that focuses on improving farmers’ welfare through the application of smart and environmentally friendly agricultural practices. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants consist of company representatives as program implementers and farmer communities as program beneficiaries. The results indicate that the TAMENG Program has been implemented effectively in enhancing agricultural productivity, farmers’ capacity, and sustainable environmental management. The program also contributes to the achievement of several SDGs, particularly poverty alleviation, food security, quality education, economic growth, and climate action. However, the optimization of technology utilization and program sustainability still needs to be improved to ensure long-term benefits.
