Abstract
This study analyze the benefits of implementing paperless banking in realizing green banking and supporting the sustainability of the banking business at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (Bank Jatim). The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation during the Field Work Practice (PKL) activities. The results indicate that the implementation of digital transformation through the E-Filling, JConnect, and E-Loan applications significantly reduced paper use, increased operational efficiency, accelerated administration and credit processes, and improved document management. The implementation of this paperless system contributed to reduced operational costs and supported Bank Jatim's commitment to green banking. Paperless-based digital transformation has proven to play a significant role in supporting the sustainability of the banking business from an economic, social, and environmental perspective.
