Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, job satisfaction, and career development on employee turnover intention at PT Dharma Cipta Mulia (Harita Group). This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population of this study consists of all employees in the Human Resources (HR) and General Affairs (GA) divisions of PT Dharma Cipta Mulia, totaling 170 employees. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 119 respondents. The sampling technique applied was purposive sampling with criteria including permanent employees with a minimum of one year of working experience. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that compensation, job satisfaction, and career development have an influence on employee turnover intention. This study is expected to provide insights for the company in formulating more effective human resource policies to reduce employee turnover intention.
