Abstract

The company is not only focused on achieving economic profits, but also has ongoing social and environmental responsibilities. One of the approaches used is Creating Shared Value (CSV), which integrates business interests with the creation of value for society and the environment. PT Petrokimia Gresik implements the CSV concept through the Eco Pablo (Eco Friendly Paving Block) program, which utilizes Fly Ash and Bottom Ash (FABA) waste to produce paving blocks in collaboration with partner MSMEs. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Eco Pablo program as a form of CSV in supporting environmental management based on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) numbers 8, 11, and 12. The study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through interviews, documentation, and data triangulation. The results of the study show that the Eco Pablo program is capable of absorbing ±1,050 kg of FABA waste, producing K300 standard paving blocks, and providing environmental and economic benefits. However, the effectiveness of the program is not yet optimal due to limitations in location, monitoring frequency, and the realization of production distribution that has not reached the target.
