Abstract

The study aims to describe the conditions of compensation, job satisfaction and employee performance, analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance, analyze the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of compensation on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT Trihamas Syariah, totaling 60 employees. The sample in this study was 60 respondents using total sampling. Data collection used a questionnaire. The analytical tools used in this study were scale range and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of compensation on employee performance.
