Abstract

This research aims to develop an Employee Engagement Program Module for employees at PT Kilap Global Group, who currently exhibit a 12.83% tardiness rate. The study is grounded in the premise that high employee engagement not only mitigates absenteeism but also directly enhances performance, productivity, and employee well-being. Utilizing a Research and Development (R&D) methodology based on the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), a needs assessment was conducted through data triangulation. This involved analyzing attendance documentation, conducting in-depth interviews with HR and the five employees with the highest frequency of tardiness, and administering job satisfaction surveys. Thematic analysis identified gaps in the aspects of meaningfulness, safety, and availability as key factors influencing tardiness. Consequently, the research produced a module comprising seven core programs: Daily Engagement Routine, Fun Connection Games, Value Talk, Achievement Talk, Friday Recharge Session, Recognition Wall, and Behavioral Correction. Expert validation by two psychology lecturers and two Human Resource professionals yielded a score of 72%, placing the module in the "feasible" category. The module is designed to be cost-effective, integrated into the daily work rhythm, and capable of independent implementation by HR. Recommendations include continuous monitoring for at least three to six months, integrating supporting structural policies, and employing a quasi-experimental design for future research
