Abstract

This study aims to describe the conditions of job satisfaction, organizational com-mitment and organizational citizenship behavior, analyze the effect of job satisfac-tion on organizational citizenship behavior, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, analyze the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior and determine the role of organizational com-mitment in mediating the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship be-havior. The population in this study were all employees of Teluk Lingga Health Center totaling 45 employees. The sample in this study was 45 respondents using total sampling. The method used was the Hayes macro process with SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a significant posi-tive effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment is able to mediate the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior.
