Abstract

This study was motivated by many problems encountered by students at Muhammadiyah University Malang in the implementation of the infoKHS system and the services provided by the education and teaching bureau, with students expressing dissatisfaction with these issues. Some of the problems include difficulties in taking attendance, frequent server downtime, problems with lecture schedules, and poor service from BPP staff in providing administrative services. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the quality of the infoKHS system and the quality of BPP services have an influence on the satisfaction of UMM students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 395 students. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, and the data collection technique uses questionnaire. The analysis used in this study was the classical assumption test, starting with the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and ending with the hypothesis test. The variables used in this study were system quality, service quality, and student satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the infoKHS system has a significant effect on the satisfaction of UMM students, and the quality of service provided by the Education and Teaching Bureau has a significant effect on the satisfaction of UMM students, as obtained from the hypothesis test results with a T-test value of 5.798 for variable X1 and 13.922 for variable X2, as well as an F-test value of 248.244. With this research, the author hopes that it can be used as a reference for the campus to improve the infoKHS system and the BPP service system to be even better. Therefore, this research is important to be carried out so that universities can find out the level of student satisfaction so that universities can improve systems that are still lacking for students.
