Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job competency on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Kenongo Nalama Tech. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of 48 employees. The study population is all employees of PT. Kenongo Nalama Tech who were all sampled through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The results of the study indicate that job competency has a significant positive influence on employee performance and job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction mediates the relationship between job competency and employee performance. These findings indicate that increasing job competency and job satisfaction can improve employee performance at PT. Kenongo Nalama Tech.
