Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and compensation on job satisfaction among employees of Zam-Zam Hotel & Convention, Batu City. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 55 respondents who are employees of Zam-Zam Hotel and Convention, Batu City, who were selected using a total sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression processed with SPSS 31 software to test the partial effect of each independent variable on job satisfaction. The results show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work-life balance have a greater effect on job satisfaction than compensation.
