ANALISIS YURIDIS SOSIOLOGIS PENANGGULANGAN TINDAK PIDANA BULLYING DI TINGKAT SEKOLAH (STUDI DI DINAS PENDIDIKAN KOTA MALANG)

Solving the problem of bullying in the school environment is an important concern for various parties, including the Malang City Education Office. This research aims to assess the steps taken by the Malang City Education Office in dealing with bullying through a sociological perspective. Aqualitative approach is applied to dig deeper into the various strategies applied in preventing and handling bullying cases in schools in Malang City. With interviews with related parties such as Education Office staff, school managers, and related experts, this study identifies prevention efforts through education, socialization, and the establishment of a Bullying and Violence Prevention Team (TPPK), as well as repressive measures applied after bullying, such as investigation and firm enforcement. In addition, this study also analyzes external factors that affect the occurrence of bullying, such as the influence of family, school environment, and media. The findings from this study show that although the Malang City Education Office has made systematic efforts and involved cooperation between institutions, there are still challenges in its implementation in the field. This research is expected to contribute to the development of policies and more effective measures in preventing bullying in schools.
