PENGARUH ASPEK FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY DAN ENVIROMENTAL PERFORMANCE TERHADAP FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE DENGAN GREEN INNOVATION SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

This study aims to analyze the role of green innovation in mediating the influence of financial technology and enviromental performance on financial performance in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is quantitative, with the population being all banks listed on the IDX from 2019 to 2023. The sample in this study consisted of 10 banks that met the criteria based on purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was performed using Smart PLS, including research instrument testing, inner model testing, and direct and mediating effect hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that Financial technology does not have a significant direct effect on Bank Financial performance, Enviromental performance does not have a significant direct effect on Bank Financial performance, Financial technology has a significant and positive direct effect on Green innovation, Enviromental performance has a significant and positive direct effect on Green innovation, and Green innovation has a significant and positive direct effect on Bank Financial performance. The results of the indirect effect analysis show that Green innovation does not successfully mediate the effect of Financial technology on Bank Financial performance, and Green innovation successfully mediates the effect of Enviromental performance on Bank Financial performance in a significant and positive manner.
