Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of internal communication quality on employee performance at PT. Surya Plastindo. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique through the distribution of questionnaires to 140 respondents selected by simple random sampling from a total population of 215 employees. The independent variable in this study is the quality of internal communication, while the dependent variable is employee performance. Based on the data analysis conducted, the results obtained are that internal communication has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This indicates that the better the internal communication established in the company environment, the higher the level of motivation, efficiency, and work productivity of employees.
